Land Pump Application Project for Agricultural Irrigation in Java, Indonesia (Southeast Asia)

Java, Indonesia, a major rice-producing area in Southeast Asia, faces seasonal droughts that severely affect rice growth. Local agricultural cooperatives urgently needed efficient and easy-to-move irrigation equipment. We supplied 20 sets of portable land pumps tailored to the region’s hilly and paddy terrain. These pumps feature a compact design, easy maneuverability across farmlands, and a high flow rate of 50m³/h, enabling rapid extraction of surface water from nearby rivers and reservoirs for large-area irrigation. Since commissioning, the land pumps have ensured stable water supply for 5,000 mu of paddy fields, reducing drought-induced yield losses by 60%. The equipment’s simple maintenance and durable cast-iron structure have also been widely praised by local farmers, becoming a reliable guarantee for local agricultural production.
