Submersible Pump Project for Urban Sewage Treatment in Dubai, UAE

With the rapid urbanization of Dubai, the existing sewage treatment system was overloaded, requiring corrosion-resistant and high-efficiency lifting equipment. We customized 15 sets of submersible sewage pumps for a new sewage treatment plant in the city. The pumps are made of 316L stainless steel, which effectively resists corrosion from high-salt sewage in coastal areas. Equipped with intelligent anti-clogging technology, they can handle sewage containing sediment and fibrous impurities without blockages. The submersible pumps operate stably with low noise, increasing the plant’s sewage treatment capacity by 40% and ensuring compliance with local strict environmental discharge standards. This project has become a model for urban sewage treatment in the Middle East.
