Pressure Switch Application Project for Industrial Water Supply in Malaysia’s Electronic Factories

A large electronic factory in Malaysia required stable water pressure for its production line cleaning and cooling processes. Fluctuations in water pressure would affect product quality. We provided 50 sets of high-precision pressure switches to match the factory’s water supply system. These pressure switches feature adjustable pressure ranges (0.1-1.6MPa) and high sensitivity, automatically controlling the start and stop of water pumps to maintain stable water pressure. They are equipped with waterproof and dustproof casings, adapting to the humid industrial environment. After installation, the factory’s production line water pressure fluctuation range was reduced to within ±0.02MPa, improving product qualification rate by 15%. The reliable performance of the pressure switches has ensured the smooth operation of the factory’s production processes.
